From May 14 to 16, 2025, PureSnow proudly participated in HOFEX Hong Kong, one of Asia’s most influential exhibitions for foodservice and hospitality. This event became a stage for us to highlight our industry-leading shaved ice technology and strengthen our presence in Hong Kong and Macau.
Our compact snow ice machines, requiring only 30 cm of counter space, proved especially attractive for Hong Kong’s high-rent, small-shop market. The plug-and-play commercial models — operating without water connections or ice blocks — drew heavy attention from dessert shops, hotels, and franchise operators seeking lower barriers to entry.
Beyond hardware, PureSnow emphasized a full business solution. This includes over 200 hand-drawn menus, HALAL and HACCP-certified ingredient supply, rapid training programs, and flexible leasing models. Together, these resources empower entrepreneurs to launch snow ice businesses within 30 minutes.
The booth remained crowded throughout the 3-day event, welcoming buyers from across Asia and Europe. Hong Kong and Macau operators especially valued our energy-efficient, unmanned models — ideal for franchise chains and hotels aiming to expand menus quickly while cutting labor and electricity costs.
A major milestone was the announcement of a technology partnership with a century-old Japanese enterprise, further elevating PureSnow as a global shaved ice solution provider trusted by established brands.
